Tip #1
Exact Size Matters

Your gang sheet needs to match the size you purchased pixel-for-pixel. If you upload a 22.3" × 36" sheet that’s really 22.1" × 35.6", the printer doesn’t politely adjust—it just prints what you gave it. Set your canvas to the exact dimensions before you start and lock it in.

Tip #2
Leave a Gap

Crowding designs edge-to-edge is tempting, but heat, ink spread, and cutting reality exist. A small gap (⅛–¼ inch) between images prevents white halos, edge bleed, and accidental design marriages during cutting.

Tip #3
Print-Ready Only

Flatten your artwork, remove backgrounds, and double-check resolution (300 DPI at final size is the safe zone). If it looks fuzzy on your screen, it will print fuzzy on the film.
