CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCTS
All products offered by Titan Transfers, LLC are custom printed based on customer-submitted artwork and specifications. Files are printed exactly as submitted and approved at checkout. Titan Transfers, LLC is not responsible for errors related to artwork quality, resolution, sizing, spelling, layout, or color choices provided by the customer.
Due to differences in screens, printers, inks, materials, and pressing conditions, colors may vary from what is displayed on your device. Such variations are normal and do not constitute a defect.

COMMERCIAL USE
Products purchased from Titan Transfers, LLC may be used for personal or commercial purposes. Titan Transfers, LLC is not responsible for the resale, application, or end use of printed transfers.

FINAL SALE POLICY
All printed transfers are final sale. Titan Transfers, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on custom printed products. If Titan Transfers, LLC makes a printing error, we will reprint or replace the affected portion of the order. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ARTWORK RIGHTS
By submitting artwork to Titan Transfers, LLC, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce the artwork. Titan Transfers, LLC assumes no responsibility for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that we believe may violate intellectual property laws.

CONTENT REFUSAL
Titan Transfers, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content that is unlawful, explicit, hateful, offensive, sexually suggestive, or otherwise deemed inappropriate or harmful to our business or reputation.

APPLICATION DISCLAIMER
Titan Transfers, LLC is not responsible for errors or damages resulting from improper application, pressing techniques, incorrect heat or pressure settings, garment selection, or post-press handling. Application results may vary based on equipment, materials, and user technique.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Titan Transfers, LLC’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Titan Transfers, LLC shall not be liable for any garments, labor costs, lost profits, or consequential damages.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Orders are considered accepted once picked up or delivered. Customers are responsible for inspecting orders promptly upon receipt.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
